Structural Designer & BIM Modeler

I am Anto, a Professional Civil engineer with 2+ years of experience in BIM, Structural and computational mechanics. I am an Entrepreuner & Founder of Fresco Strucutres (a Non-Profit construction and consultancy organization) started with my UG colleagues. I love to learn, teach and research on the application of AI, ML, DL and Data Science in Civil Engineering.

I am also a robotics enthusiast with some research and project exposure in the field of Construction Robotics and Structural health monitoring using UAV/UGV. I like to create AR, VR environments using Game engines and create snippets using Python and MATLAB for educational purposes.   • Before Mar'20, (Pandemic Lockdown) Constructed 2 Residential buildings from conceptual plan to complete constructed phase as per standards. As a project engineer of these projects performed site duties
  • Revenue generated via Structural design was contributed to educational expense of social and economically backward students.

  • Tutored, civil software – AutoCAD, Revit, Staad pro and design courses for students.
  • Prepared exercise files, materials, doubt clearing sessions, conducting quiz and grading students for certification.

  • Designed projects from Architectural CAD drawings using Staad.pro and Excel. Generated Structural drawings in RCDC and CAD. Built 3D models in Revit for BIM applications such as clash detection, quantity and cost estimations.
  • Projects includes Konni Medical College, hospital, and hostels and apartments. Learnt NBC, IBC and US codes.
  • Parametric modeling using Dynamo for Revit. Helped IT team to develop python based add-ins for Revit.
